2023 Tampa Palms Bourbon and Whiskey Society Membership Application

I hereby apply for my membership in Tampa Palms’ Tampa Palms Bourbon and Whiskey Society for the calendar year of 2023 and acknowledge and agree to abide by the Tampa Palms Bourbon and Whiskey Society Bylaws (the bylaws are available by request at email bwsotp@gmail.com). I understand and acknowledge my 2023 Tampa Palms Bourbon and Whiskey Society benefits and responsibilities include:

• Membership to the club is capped at 75 Members. Each tasting event will be capped at 50 people.
• $50 per year per person membership fee - renewed annually.
• Membership will include glassware and other benefits only accessible to Tampa Palms Bourbon and Whiskey Society Members.
• Tastings will occur the 2nd Thursday of each month.
• Price for each tasting will vary based on the type of bourbon or whiskey being served.
• Membership in Tampa Palms Bourbon and Whiskey Society requires membership in good standing at Tampa Palms Country Club.
• Tampa Palms Bourbon and Whiskey Society tastings require prior reservations. Reservations that are canceled within 48 hours of an event will result in a full event charge to the Members account.
• I consent to my name and email address is being posted and provided to the Tampa Palms Bourbon and Whiskey Society Webmaster exclusively for Tampa Palms Bourbon and Whiskey Society use only, and no other.
